Dentist

I’m going to talk about something that most people hate doing, going to the dentist. Now I must admit that I am one of those people and it’s just since my last lot surgeries that I don’t do well with pain. A couple of weeks ago I went for a check-up because it had been 2 years since my last visit and I thought it was about time to go again. I ended up having to get a filling done and I also got my teeth cleaned as well and I am so lucky that I have an awesome dentist because I was so nervous and scared, she just put me at ease. But do you know what else helped was having my whole mouth numb whilst the producers were getting done. The hardest part of the whole thing is the 2 hours after the visit as that’s when the numbing agents wore off and my whole mouth was tender; all I can say is trying to eat and talk was interesting to say the least.

Out of that visit brought up what to do with my wisdom teeth as they are developed, but are sitting underneath my gums, since I have a history of and infections and along with my heart condition are debating as to whether they should take them out or leave them in; both options have risks. But I know that whatever the best decision is for my health it will be made.

Tomorrow I am off to see a specialist in Melbourne to see what we are going to do about my wisdom and hopefully it all works out for the best.

Love Wylde fitness
