Summary: The 2018 Western Australia Under 18s representative and dual WAFL Colts team of the year recipient is defined as a small forward by size, but he plays a lot taller than that. Luke Moore has been likened to former Collingwood favourite Alan Didak in the way he can turn on a bit of magic at the drop of a hat. He also has that goal sense that a player like Mark LeCras made an art form. Moore kicked 28 goals for the Bulldogs Colts to win the goalkicking award in 2018 for his club. His season-high came in round 10 when he kicked seven goals against Perth. After a stretch of five weeks where he only kicked three goals, Moore had an exceptional end to the season kicking nine goals in his final two games including five in the elimination final against rivals East Fremantle. In terms of physical stature, Moore is a ready-made prospect, and he is not afraid of the big stage as he showed in the National Under 18s Championships carnival. If he continues to mature physically, he could be a handily sized midfielder in future years.
